2020年7月7日下午14时，我院2018级预防一班利用腾讯会议平台举办第三期“同学！听我说！”个人演讲展示活动。本次活动由刘文瑶、马慧以及班主任陈沉老师主讲，全班学生参加。
刘文瑶以“我的男神女神”为主题，向同学们介绍了她的人生榜样——曾任外交部发言人的耿爽和央视主持人董卿。她分别介绍了耿爽和董卿的经历，讲述了自己在面对这两位人生偶像时所表达的敬佩之情。刘文瑶从他们身上所感受到的精神，值得让所有人在成长发展的道路上敬仰学习。
马慧讲解了中医中的两个技艺，分别为正骨和按摩。她先讲解了正骨的方法和临床应用，又说明了正骨的好处以及可能存在的危害，之后又将正骨与按摩作为比较简略讲解了两者的不同之处。通过马慧同学的讲解，同学们对中医这一传统文化增添了更加浓厚的兴趣。
陈沉老师用简洁易懂的语言向同学们介绍了天花这一疾病，让同学们对这个疾病有了更加深入的了解。他以时间顺序向同学们展示了天花在全世界蔓延发展的历程，讲解了天花发病快、病死率高、后果严重等多个特点，借此引出了人类对于天花的不懈的抗击直至完全消灭天花的过程。陈老师以天花为引，讲述了预防事业在人类发展历史中的不断取得重要地位的进步历程。
本次活动让同学们受益匪浅，在培养了演讲者的语言表现能力的同时，也让同学们学习到了更多领域的知识，拓宽了同学们的知识面。
At 14:00 p.m. on July 7, 2020, the first class of prevention class 2018 held the third session of "students! Listen to me" personal speech exhibition activity. This activity is led by Liu Wenyao, Ma Hui and the head teacher Chen Chen, and the whole class takes part in the activity.
Taking "My God and Goddess" as the theme, Liu Wenyao introduced to the students her life models Geng Shuang, a former Foreign Ministry spokesman, and Dong Qing, CCTV host. She introduced the experiences of Geng Shuang and Dong Qing, and described her admiration for the two idols. The spirit Liu Wenyao felt from them is worthy of being respected and learned by all on the road of growth and development.
Ma Hui explained two techniques in traditional Chinese medicine, namely bone setting and massage. She first explained the methods and clinical application of bone setting, and then explained the advantages and possible hazards of bone setting, and then briefly explained the differences between bone setting and massage. Through Ma Hui's explanation, the students are more interested in the traditional culture of traditional Chinese medicine.
Chen Chen introduced smallpox to the students in simple and easy to understand language, so that students have a deeper understanding of the disease. He showed the spread and development of smallpox in the world in chronological order, and explained the characteristics of smallpox, such as its rapid onset, high mortality and serious consequences, which led to the unremitting fight against smallpox and the complete elimination of smallpox.
With smallpox as an example, Mr. Chen described the progress of prevention in the history of human development.
This activity benefited the students a lot. It not only trained the speaker's ability of language expression, but also helped the students learn more knowledge in the field and broaden their knowledge.
