孙永叶，教授，博士生导师，中国营养学会营养与保健食品分会常务委员，中华预防医学会生命早期发育与疾病防控专业委员会委员，青岛市预防医学会儿少卫生专业委员会副主任委员，《Asia Pac J Clin Nutr》杂志编委，Gut Microbes、Food&Function、BMJ等杂志审稿人。
主要研究方向为植物化学物与慢性疾病、母乳喂养与子代健康。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上项目，青岛市科技惠民专项基金及横向科研项目等共30余项，累计科研经费470余万元，发表SCI收录论文40余篇，其中第一作者（含通讯作者）20余篇。参与编写著作5部，获得青岛市科学技术奖三等奖（第2位）。
