温海超 青年博士

  温海超,内蒙古包头人,工学博士,现为青岛大学医学部《亚太临床营养杂志》编辑,青年博士。2016年硕士毕业于天津大学化工学院食品科学专业,2021年博士毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院食品生物技术专业,主要从事花色苷等天然产物改善认知功能性研究。2021年在青岛大学公共卫生学院从事博士后工作,主要研究浒苔功能性脂质及改善炎症的作用。获得国家自然科学基金-青年基金1项,山东省博士创新项目1项,青岛市应用项目1项,发表SCI文章10余篇,获得山东省博士后创新创业大赛优胜项。
