常然然 副教授

  常然然,女,山东聊城人,工学博士,现为青岛大学医学部公共卫生学院特聘教授(第五层次)。2021年毕业于江南大学获得食品科学博士学位。主要从事食品与营养的科研教学工作。目前累计在JAFC、Industrial Crops and Products、Ultrasonics Sonochemistry, Food Hydrocolloids, Food Chemistry等国际期刊发表SCI论文29篇,其中第一作者14篇,申请国际发明专利1件和国家发明专利4件,其中授权3件。主持江苏省研究生科研创新计划项目和江南大学优秀博士研究生培育基金项目共2项,参研国家重大项目、国家自然基金和山东省农业重大应用技术创新项目等4项。
