郭晓飞,男,1986年12月生,食品科学专业博士,副教授。
一、学习工作简历
2004.9-2007.6 漯河职业技术学院(专科) 食品科学系
2007.9-2009.6 南阳理工学院(专升本) 生物化学学院
2009.9-2012.6 渤海大学(硕士) 食品科学与工程学院 食品科学专业。师从刘贺教授从事生物大分子流变学、物性学及结构与功能方面的工作,相关成果发表于Food Hydrocolloids,Advanced Materials Research和中国食品学报等杂志。
2012.6-2014.9工作于北京市农林科学院蔬菜研究中心农产品加工实验室,师从张超副研究员,从事以生物大分子为基质的可降解包装材料和植物化学素对DNA保护方面的工作,相关成果发表于Journal of Food Science,Advanced Materials Research和中国食品学报等杂志。
2014.9-2018.3 浙江大学(博士) 生物系统工程与食品科学学院 食品科学专业。师从李铎教授,利用循证营养学和动物模型探索天然来源的营养素与慢性病的关系。
