
齐策,博士,教授,博士生导师,博士后合作导师。中国营养学会营养转化医学分会常务委员。毕业于江南大学食品学院粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程专业。先后在美国马萨诸塞大学自然科学学院食品科学系XIAO LAB实验室从事博士后研究及江南大学食品学院粮食、油脂及植物蛋白研究中心从事博士后研究。
一、主要研究方向
1.防治过敏性疾病益生菌的靶向分离和应用;不同生命周期和疾病发生过程肠道菌群变迁规律研究;
2.母乳脂质、菌群构成与生理调节作用;
3.模拟婴儿体外消化及母乳菌群特征的研究;
4.植物化学物与肠道菌群的相互作用及代谢产物的开发应用。
