
王锦雨,青岛大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学系副教授,硕士生导师。毕业于美国罗格斯大学 (Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey),获生物学博士学位。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后基金面上项目、青岛市自然科学基金原创探索项目等项目5项,总科研经费60万元;发表SCI论文26篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)17篇;受邀在第十四届亚洲营养大会和第七届海峡两岸暨港澳营养科学大会上做口头报告。为“The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition”、“Microbiology Spectrum”、“Environmental and Experimental Botany”等多本学术期刊审稿人。
一、主要研究方向:
本团队聚焦营养与健康领域,主要开展以下两个方向的研究:其一,基于流行病学研究方法,系统分析人群数据(包括病例对照研究、队列研究和随机对照试验),深入探究膳食营养摄入与肝损伤、肺结核等疾病的关联机制;其二,采用细胞和动物实验,多维度解析营养对肝损伤、结核感染的调控作用及其分子机制。通过基础研究与临床应用相结合的研究策略,致力于为慢性疾病的营养干预提供科学依据。
