李克磊,青岛大学营养与健康研究院特聘教授(第五层次),2010年于山东大学获生物技术学士学位,2017年于浙江大学获食品科学博士学位。
现担任“lipids”(SCI)副主编, “Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition”(SCI)编委,“Food & Function”(SCI,中科院一区)、 “Lipids in Health and Disease”(SCI)等多本学术期刊审稿人,为山东省特殊医学用途配方食品产业技术创新战略联盟常务理事,亚太临床营养学会秘书长,中国营养学会食物与烹饪营养分会秘书。
主要研究方向为食品营养学,研究内容主要为脂肪酸与母婴健康及慢性病的防控,至今发表SCI论文30余篇。
