李克磊，青岛大学营养与健康研究院特聘教授（第五层次），2010年于山东大学获生物技术学士学位，2017年于浙江大学获食品科学博士学位。
现担任“lipids”(SCI)副主编， “Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition”(SCI)编委，“Food & Function”（SCI，中科院一区）、 “Lipids in Health and Disease”（SCI）等多本学术期刊审稿人，为山东省特殊医学用途配方食品产业技术创新战略联盟常务理事，亚太临床营养学会秘书长，中国营养学会食物与烹饪营养分会秘书。
主要研究方向为食品营养学，研究内容主要为脂肪酸与母婴健康及慢性病的防控，至今发表SCI论文30余篇。
