  熊珂,青岛大学教授、博士生导师,营养与健康研究院党支部书记、院长助理,美国特拉华大学博士、浙江大学学士,中国营养学会国际交流工作委员会委员、青年工作委员会委员,山东环境科学学会环境与营养健康专业委员会副主任委员。2021年入选中国科学技术协会第六届青年人才托举工程。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目等项目10项,总科研经费223万。发表SCI论文32篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表20篇,2篇影响因子大于107篇中科院1区论文,总引770次。指导学生获批国家级大学生创新创业项目1项。联系方式:kexiong@qdu.edu.cn
