  沈晓丽,女,1977年生,理学博士,教授,博士生导师。山东省医学会公共卫生分会委员,山东省医学会医学教育分会委员。承担国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,青年基金1项,山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项。共发表SCI文章27篇,其中第一作者6篇,通讯作者14篇。获山东省科技进步奖二等奖一项(第6位),青岛市科技进步一等奖1项(第5位)。指导学生获山东省优秀学士学位论文1项。

一、主要研究方向 

1. 金属元素与神经退行性疾病。利用生态流行病学的方法证明中国大陆地区土壤中金属元素铁、铜、砷含量与阿尔茨海默病死亡率之间的存在正相关关系,为铁、铜、砷参与阿尔茨海默病的病因提供了新的证据。采用动物实验阐明铅对血-脑脊液屏障转运Beta-淀粉样蛋白的影响及RAGE、LRP1蛋白在其中的作用。采用动物实验阐明维生素E通过激活CHRM1KCNJ4基因对锰诱导的多巴能神经元损伤发挥保护作用。

2. 脑肠肽与神经退行性疾病。证明脑脊液中nesfatin-1(一种新发现的脑肠肽)含量降低能够诱导黑质纹状体系统损伤,提示nesfatin-1在维持中脑黑质纹状体系统生理功能中发挥作用,并阐明nesfatin-1通过C-Raf-ERK信号通路拮抗MPTPMPP+诱导的多巴胺能神经元线粒体损伤。
