熊珂，美国特拉华大学博士，浙江大学学士，青岛大学特聘第三层次教授，博士生导师，营养与健康研究院院长助理，中国营养学会国际交流工作委员会委员、青年工作委员会委员，第七届海峡两岸暨港澳营养科学大会秘书。2021年入选中国科协第六届青年人才托举工程。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目等项目8项，在研经费159万。以第一或通讯作者发表高水平论文20篇，其中2篇影响因子大于10，7篇中科院1区论文，总引770次。指导学生获批国家级大学生创新创业项目1项。
