熊珂,美国特拉华大学博士,浙江大学学士,青岛大学特聘第三层次教授,博士生导师,营养与健康研究院院长助理,中国营养学会国际交流工作委员会委员、青年工作委员会委员,第七届海峡两岸暨港澳营养科学大会秘书。2021年入选中国科协第六届青年人才托举工程。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目等项目8项,在研经费159万。以第一或通讯作者发表高水平论文20篇,其中2篇影响因子大于10,7篇中科院1区论文,总引770次。指导学生获批国家级大学生创新创业项目1项。
