  姜岁岁,青岛大学医学部公共卫生学院特聘教授(第五层次),副教授,山东青岛人。硕士毕业于青岛农业大学,师从孙庆杰教授从事天然大分子纳米材料的制备及其应用,博士毕业于中国海洋大学食品学博士,师从曾名湧教授从事海洋贝类加工及其营养特性研究。于2019年11月-2020年12月赴康奈尔大学Ruihai Liu实验室从事肝细胞脂质代谢相关研究。目前发表第一作者(含并列1篇)SCI论文15篇。
