蔡静,女,山东青岛人。营养与食品卫生学博士,现为青岛大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学系副教授。
2015年6月毕业于青岛大学营养与食品卫生学专业,取得博士学位。同年7月进入青岛大学生物学博士后流动站从事博士后研究工作。2016年9月,入职青岛大学医学部公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学系,继续从事营养与疾病相关的教学与科研工作,课题主要涉及肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者的流行状况及维生素A、D补充干预对患者的影响及机制研究,以及抗结核药物治疗所致肝损伤或其他副作用的机制及营养干预研究。
